Meet our Founder
Kceniya is driven by a commitment to systems change for global peace and security. She specialises in turning complexity into clear, actionable strategies that inspire transformation and help shape new social realities. With extensive commercial experience spanning business growth, network-building and risk management for both startups and established organisations, she thrives in dynamic and diverse environments.
Beyond her strategic work, Kceniya is a writer and philosopher. She is currently completing an MA in Social and Political Thought at the University of Sussex (BA Philosophy, Sussex, First Class, 2014). Her dissertation introduces the novel concept of systemic grievance, blending complexity theory and systems thinking to reimagine how we understand and respond to multi-scale disruptions.
She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM) and a passionate nature photographer.
