Meet our Founder
Kceniya is a philosopher and systems thinker with extensive commercial experience in achieving growth, building strategic networks, and mitigating risks for both established organisations and startups. She has tackled complex challenges in heavy-polluting industries while also shaping impact-driven narratives in the climate-tech sector. Passionate about systems change for global security, she specialises in translating big ideas into actionable strategies that inspire and create transformation.
Beyond her professional work, Kceniya is a writer, currently pursuing an MA in Social and Political Thought at the University of Sussex. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a committed vegan, and a passionate nature photographer.
